Gillespie's car care Bad business Ludlow Massachusetts
Bought car in Ludlow next find out I bought from Ware. Car did not pass inspection. Jessica Rewa sold car for Brian Gillespie. Called over and over with no answers or being hung up on. Found shop in Ludlow and Ware called number in flat bed tow truck where I called number got redirected to Brian's cell.
Finally got them to do work on car so it will pass inspection. But was told to bring car to Ware thinking car was going to be fixed there. Which Ware is an empty dealership that has one car in back. Brian had guy drive my car to Ludlow. They do work on my car and go joy riding in my car using up all my gas leaving car on empty. Also they went through everything in car. When I said something that I was unhappy, he says he waived a 100 dollar deductible for something he needs to fix for car to pass inspection. Bad business ethics.
