We purchased a new 2015 Terrain Denali on 7/14/2015 and the salesman told us if we went ahead and purchased the Terrain he would preload a 250.00 dollar GMC Preferred Program Card to use for parts, accessories etc. at Coral Springs GMC in Coral Springs FL. When we went to use the card they wouldn't lets us use the card. We contacted GMC CORP. since they also advertise on their website about the GMC Preferred Program Card. The first lady told me on a voice mail that they would honor the card if Coral Springs wouldn't do it. GMC Corp work several months to get them to do it. They refused to. Then finally when all was said and done they turned it over to another lady at GMC CORP and she told me that she couldn't honor the card either. This is total false advertising and fraud with GMC and the dealership. I have tured it over to the FTC and have contacted several attorneys and waiting to see what they can do. I can't believe when you are giving a card from a dealership that you spent 40,000 dollars with and paid for it in cash and can't even use a stupid card for 250.00 for accessories that was given to us by GMC and they are still advertising it online.
