I have a good one about GE Capital Con in Louisville, Ky.

I have been using bill payment thru the company I work for, so I decided to pay my Best Buy bill thru this bill payment. Well for the last two months I have received phone calls from the company about my payment being late. I have it taken out on the fourteenth of each month.

When I received a phone call in February I told them I do the bill payment and the payments are taken out of my account on the fourteenth of each month. Well I called the one eight hundred number and checked and come to find my February payment was posted on the nineteenth of February and they called me on the twenty-fourth.

The same thing happened in March too. I got a phone call about the twenty-fourth saying they havent received the payment and I told them again that I do the bill payment and it is taken out the fourteenth. I called them again on the twenty-seventh because the payment had not been posted yet and told them again that I do the bill payment and to wait a few days.

I had to call the bill payment department that deals with the online bill payments so they could check into it. Well on the twenty-eighth I got another phone call, I told them the same thing I had said the night before. I called the one eight hundred number tonight April second and come to find out that the March payment was posted on the twentieth of March.

It makes me wonder if these people even look at there computers to see when a payment was posted or what they are doing. There should have been no reason that I got those phone calls when the payment was posted one or two days ahead of the due date. I called the one eight hundred number after I got both phone calls and the payment had not been posted. Really makes you think who is running the credit department of the computers.

Here is a good idea. I saw this in one of the other complaints against the big rip off company. I sent a email to my state Attorney General (Indiana) and I got a response back saying I could file a complaint against them here in Indiana so I did that and I got on Yahoo and got the Kentucky Attorney General address and sent him a letter it only cost me 4.00 dollars to do it certified mail and to get a card mailed back to me saying they got my letter.

With that letter I made sure I put attn: Ben Chandler on it so it would get to him and not anyone else in his office (I hope it will reach his desk and not anyone elses) or you can fax it to him. I also emailed the United States Attorney General. I just got on Yahoo and typed in United States Attorney General and it took me right to his website. I went as high as I could to get this company taken care of. I figure if you and everyone that has a complaint does what I did someone will listen and they will get what is comming to them. I say "DOWN WITH GE CAPITAL CONS CARD CO THE RIP OFF CARD COMPANY OF LATE FEES" I hope this will help you.

Hi Again:

My letter to the Kentucky Attorney General got there on Monday April 7th and I mailed it Saturday the 5th. So if you are going to send a letter to the Kentucky Attorney General do what I did go certified mail and I got a return receipt. Last night I emailed the Better Business Bureau. They said they were going to forward my email to the Cincinnati office. So if you want to go that route like I did here is the address and a phone number:

So if enough people read this and my complaint which is under Best Buy hopefully something will be done to stop them for charging late fees when payments are on time. "DOWN WITH GE CAPITAL CONS CARDCO A.K.A WE CHARGE LATE FEES TO PUT MORE MONEY IN OUR POCKETS"

Lets take this company down with a fight since there is 71 complants against them. That is one to many for me and I am sure for you.
