Garrett Morris failed to complete a job after being paid Sanford North Carolina

In November of 2017, I hired Garrett Morris to do some landscaping work for me in the form of pulling up and relaying patio bricks to make it more level and less suceptible to ants and overgrowth. Garret was paid $370 and I bought all supplies, and the project as of 15 Feb 2018 is still not finished, despite numerous requests for him to do so. Three requests on Facebook messenger to have him finsih the job went unanswered, and he always had an excuse as to why he couldn't make it out. I have copies of checks that have cleared my bank to prove I paid him, despite his claims on social media to try to tarnish my name as someone who won't pay for services. He's lying saying I didn't reimburse him for sand he hauled to my house for the project, when I did offer to pay for that and he declined. I have shown photos of the work to a few landscapers who have quoted me prices as high as $700 to repair what he did.
