Frontier Communications Wants me to pay for all the months of service that was paid to Verizon for FiOS Norwalk Connecticut
Impossible to get a hold of the billing department. Signed up for Verizon FiOS and after two months of payments found out Frontier took over. Except Frontier wants all the payments I've already made to Verizon already. This is a complete scam. I am a computer technician and I will be sure to tell 100s of my customers to avoid any business with Verizon or Frontier Communications when the topic of internet comes up, which it does during almost every job.
