After several calls concerning this matter and assured it will be taken care of, today I received a threatening notice from a collection agency. trying to collect $91.75 for a service I never received.  My problem is on Oct. 1st a technician attempted to install phone and internet that I waited on since Sept.20th. After 4 days of it not working I cancelled the service and went with a company that provided both the same day.

I never had a working service from Frontier. On Oct. 5th I called to cancel and was told a return label would be sen to return the equipment and giving an confirmation # 45043939 I thought it was over with, I was wrong. The next month I received a bill for $79.57 and called customer service again and was assured it would be corrected. At that time I also went to the local Frontier office in Georgetown to turn the equipment in, (seeing I never received  a return label) and was told that I'm not in the system and they can't take the equipment to throw it out since it was outdated equipment (probably the original problem) I left it there anyway. So the next month I received a bill for $91.75 and called again and was told it would be cleared up and to ignore if another bill comes because it takes a month or so for the process. Then today this threatening letter, I have impeccable credit and don't take kindly to threats to harm it, Please assist with this matter I will not pay for service I never received. And the outcome of this notification will determine the next move I make to correct this wrong. Thanks for your help. This is a letter I sent to the Presidents office, a week later I had a repersentitive from to company call and told me they had the right to charge me for a month even if on paper I had it for 3 days..even though it never worked!!  This is the sorriest company and customer service I have ever seen!!!
