I made a mistake and made a contract with Frontier more than a year ago for the Internet and phone to my business. From day one, the Internet kept disconnecting all the time. I called many times, at least one or two and some times many more time to fix the problem. They changed the router and modem but still the problem persist. 

Seems the problem is outside of the building and they cannot fix it. I asked them if they couldn’t fix the problem, terminate the contract. They acknowledge that the problem is there but they cannot find the solution, but if I need to terminate the contract, then I have to pay $700 early termination fee. 

I am paying $170 for internet and phone to Frontier but using our cell phone for our POS system, because the internet keep disconnecting and they can not fix it.

Frontier Communication sold me a dysfunctional internet service

Hello, 

I made contract with Frontier for Internet and phone on 3/19/2014. Unfortunately from day one, the Internet kept disconnecting all the time and still is disconnecting all the time.

I called customer service hundreds of times to fix the problem (literally hundreds of times). Many times I begged them to fix the problem. They changed the router box, but the problem didn’t fix, I kept calling them to fix the problem, they change the box again and again one more time.

Because the internet was not working properly, we used our cell phone hot spot, but as a loyal customer, I didn’t stop and kept calling them to fix the problem.

There are tons of as what they call ticket to fix my business problem, but problem still persists.

Finally, Frontier customer service offered me $15 credit for all the problem I had and a dysfunctional internet!!!!!!!!

When I lost my hope to Frontier customer service and techs, I posted my complaint to BBB and some other consumer protection agencies.  A few days later somebody from Frontier called me to fix the problem, They changed again the box but problem still persists.

At the end Frontier told me that they can give instead of high speed internet they can give me low speed (6MB/s) internet or waive the early termination fee ONLY for internet so I can get internet from another company.

Here are the issues,

1.    They suppose to give me fiber optic high speed internet, which has been faulty and dysfunctional,

2.    They tech thought me, how to take picture of the problem, I did, and there are tons of pictures of the issues on my computers and my phone. I send them tons of those pictures to the Frontier customer service and Frontier techs, (They asked me to do that).

3.    They sold me a faulty and dysfunctional service and charged me for it for about a year,

4.    I had to change almost everything related to internet including cabling and switches from my own pocket. That was Frontier techs suggestion, with no luck, Internet keep disconnecting.

5.    Instead of fixing the problem, the Frontier FAVORED me and my business to waive early termination fee ONLY for internet and asked to make contract with another internet company which is much higher than getting a bundle. Based on their out of mind suggestion I have to pay for the phone and still pay them.

6.    Frontier damages my business and caused a lot of frustration to my employees and me.
