Frontier Communications Charges while on vacation status Michigan
Vacation charges.
We previously were charged $11.57 for vacation status so we can keep our phone number.
Later last year they started to charge us $17.99 a month for no service and keep our number.
$9.99 monthly service charges
$1.74 other service charges
$5.46 Fed,State taxes and charges
$17.99
This is absurd to have $1.74 service and $5.46 taxes.
If i do not get this resolved the land line will be gone and this is in an area that there is no cell service.
Frontier says they cannot do anything for me.
