Free to Move Now seemed like a good solution for our old home. We where purchasing a home with William Ryan Homes and they offered us a deal to guarantee rent so we could purchase a new construction home. Now it's five months after we closed on the property and its been a tough go. It's ttimes any calls to set up our payment. The company seems disorganised and something that is run by 1 guy. We had a few small issues with the property and the response time took forever. We can not get a return call and may be forced into legal action to get our home back at this point. We simply want to share our story to help other make a decision about freetomovenow and William Ryan homes.

We do not think that this is from an actual customer of ours but more likely a competitor. Free To move Now does not take ownership of any properties so if someone were dissatisfied with our services they own the property and can simply ask for it to be removed from our program. We have a very good reputation of helping homeowners move into their new home while keeping their current one. Many homeowners are "upside down" on their current home but want to move, that's where we step in. We get the property rented, have it managed, and guarantee rents, utilities and provide added protection against tenant damage. I can guarantee that we do not take months to return calls and most of our calls are answered immediately. Setting up rent payments is done within minutes as we automatically transfer rent payments into the homeowners bank account on a monthly basis. We are also happy to provide references of homeowners who are actually on our program.
