Freeshipping.com charged 83 dollars on my credit card Internet
I have signed up here a month ago to avail the free shipping that they are offering since I'm ordering flowers from proflowers.com. It wasn't stated that there will be membership charge or whatever that will be deducted once i signed up. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
