I ordered flowers/plants Dec.2008 frm Pro-flowers. I took advantage of "free shipping" offer. While placing orders it said it was a rebate. OK fine assumed I'd fill out paperwork after items were del'd.

After all orders placed with shipping rebates totaling $73.91 was flipped over to an "affiliate company" of theirs called freeshipping thru insiders club. The offer said I would have to sign up for their program & try it FREE for 30 days & if I did not want to continue as a subscriber I could then cancel. I thought considering I a good amount in shipping I would do this. I then filled out all info. they requested - including my cc information.

Some time went by & nothing so I went to their site and found I had to fill out info on-line requesting each individual rebate. Then I had to print & fill out an extensive form for each delivery and mail that along with a copy of the order & paid receipts. So I did all of this.

I was coming up on the end of the 30 days & nothing so I again went to their site. I emailed them about this. Their site is tricky to use (figures!) to get to your history. I looked mine up & the list of the rebates & amounts were entered but "pending". I then read further & it stated they had 6 weeks to refund. And to get your refunds paid you had to be an active member. Well there was the first B.S. - this ment I would have to obviously pay for a second month to get my rebates!

6 weeks went by & nothing so I contacted Pro-flowers who said they were very sorry & would look right into it. They emailed back & said some rebates had been processed for me.

After getting the run-around & I taking a more aggressive approach with freeshipping who said they couldn't find anything on me (ya right). I was told two rebates had been processed & payments sent out. Again I waited and nothing. So I then went back to my history & found two rebates stating they were processed - one was for $14.98 and the other for $00.02 - love that last one!?! All the other requests for rebates I had filed were not there?

I went back & forth between freeshipping & Pro-flowers & was told I clicked on a $15.00 coupon. What are u talking about I asked. They said that was the program! I told them exactly what I read & did & expected my refunds immediately. Pro-flowers then sent an email to freeshipping who responded but the idiots sent the response to me by mistake. I found out exactly what they planned to do -nothing & thought I'd just go away. I sent Pro-flowers a copy of the email & stated how professional they were (including their "affiliate company" and I now understand what they think of their customers.

I did everything I could to work this situation out but I spent enough time for nothing. I then contacted my bank & filed a dispute for the amount of the rebates I was due. These charges will be removed from my credit card.

One thing for sure is BEFORE doing business with anyone I will check "Rip-Off" Report. There were many negative reports on both of these companies.

Rip-off is definately a great service and Please tell everyone about it as I am doing!
