I recently checked my bank account and noticed that this company, Ic *freeshipping, has been taking $ 12.97 each month from my account for almost one year and a half (since 01/25/2016) without any reason. Because US bank can only give access to my transaction activity in the past 18 months (11/19/2015 - 5/19/2017), I don't know exactly how long it has been.

I barely purchase things online (about three times per year), and I totally have no idea why this monthly charge was deducted from my account by this company. This was not an authorized transaction since I have never subscribed freeshipping.com, not to mention the membership. I don't even know what it is for.

Ic *freeshipping has been charging me 17 times since January 2016, which is a total of 17 * 12.97 = 220.49 dollars. Yesteeday, I sent an email to their customer service to remove this charge from my account and refund 220.49 dollars that has been charged. The most resent "membership" fee was charged on 05/18/2017, which is the day before yesterday.They replied me that they would cancel my membership, but they didn't even mention a word about the refund.

I searched on the Internet and found that numerous people have reported their money had been taken away by Ic*freeshipping without their authorization. I will go to the bank and file a dispute tomorrow, and let's see what would happen next.
