 They advertise "100% free" and "$0.00/month" phone service, but charge an automatic $15 top-up charge to the credit card on file. They advertise "100% free" and "$0.00/month" phone service, but charge an automatic $15 top-up charge to the credit card on file. The only way to opt out of this is to pay. How exactly is that free? You cannot use the service without paying. I asked them to refund the $15 that was billed from my bank without my authorization and close my account. They closed my account and kept my money. At this point they have blatantly stolen $15 from me, since I can no longer use the account I unwillingly paid for. They did process a refund of the $0.99 I paid months ago for a sim card, which is honestly insulting.
