My daugther signed up for this--what's to loss, after all its a "free" service.

So far this FREE service has cost me $63 for ONE month!

When you sign up they offer these "free for a month" services.  What they don't tell you is there is no way to cancell these services--there website is horrible.  Once you do convince them to cancel, they charge you for the downgrade!  And don't refund what you paid in advance for the service!

 

Apparently only certain phones are eligible for the "free" service.  Once they get your credit card/bank information, they won't STOP charging it!  I cancelled three weeks ago and was charged again today.

 

I seldom leave bad reviews but I just couldn't let anyone else be scammed if I could help it.  I should have paid attention to the bad reviews I saw before I saigned up.

 

If that isn't bad enough, their app interferred with my wio-fi.  I had to turn off my phone when any one else wanted to use the wi-fi or it would keeps bumping them off.

 

Oh, and I'm not some goof-ball who can't understand how to work their website/service!  I am an advanced internet user and well educatted.
