FreedomPop False Advertising and slow to releive issue with product. San Francisco California
A few months ago.I purchased this " free internet service device/product through Freedompop via an ad associated with Deal News.com. I recieved it after they took my money and the product was faulty and would not charge.I contacted the company according to their information and was given the run around. After I finally got it charged I was told that I had already used the data.I never used the product it was faulty to start and I never recieved the services I understood I purchased.I followed their instructions and as of today still have no resolve. They said they would send me a box to return the merchandise and I have not recieved it nor a refund. So beleive my experince could be yours and don't risk the loss.
All of you who understand this you know what time it is they Debo'd me......
