made multiple calls to get the incorrect order corrected had to chase it up with different stores still have not been fixed. was informed 6 weeks delivery. now been almost 12 weeks. parts of order was supposed to be delivered within a week. delivery address incorrect and there is no way to change it. I have left messages. no one calls me back. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone order with freedom as its the worst customer service considering order is almost 3k. id rather go to a competitor. will be contacting bank to stop payment its unacceptable and fraudulent. I don't appreciate having to chase you up and spend all this time and be treated Like this. next time ill order from amazon. Reason of review: Poor customer service. Monetary Loss: $2600.
