FREDERICK J HANNA & ASSCTS feeding on my inability to defend myself in court, theyre wrong, i will defend to the end Marietta Georgia
i received summons in late febuary,date on summons was first of feb, giving me thirty days to respond w/answer
sent my answer denying all knowledge of credit card. Around 28 days later received first set of interragatories, denied everything.I sent letter by certified mail demanding proof and validation of debt,no response yet.
I also sent letter to hsbc requesting a copy of original contract by certified mail,no response from them either.
Shouldnt hanna attached a copy of contract to complaint? All i have is HSBC Nevada account# amount owed plus int, plus 115.00 lawyer fee

The Georgia Supreme Court says Hanna is a "law firm," so you have to submit a bar complaint vs. them (and not a consumer complaint with the state OCA or federal FCC -- but fine if you do that too anyway). You may submit a bar complaint vs. Fred Hanna (the owner of the "firm") and any atty. that may have contacted you that also violated bar rules for atty.s:

I took a chance and sent letter to a superior court judge in my district explaining my situation.His assistant returned a letter stating the judge requested her to reply to me.This is what she wrote: A credit card company is not required to produce a copy of the original card application signed by the customer in order to establish the existance of a valid credit card debt.However the credit card company will have to produce evidence of the debt in order to obtain a judgement against you. Please respond to all pleadings from plaintiffs attorney by filing a timely response with clerk of superior court.Feel free to call our office at any time about all legal documents.I thought that was a good sign as judges are tired of all these lawsuits taking up court time and expenses.
