Complaint Review: Frankie's Pizza Las Vegas 8505 S Eastern Ave #103 Las Vegas NV 89123 - Las Vegas Nevada

I noticed you posted this report 2 years ago and just updated it. So just a few observations.

Perhaps after two years it is time to move on and throw away the crust and pizza box.

Based on the "colorful" language you have used consistantly in your posts, we can figure you may not have been the most pleasent customer in trying to talk to them.

Your claim of a horrible pizza would probably have a lot more merrit if you had more than just a few pices of crust left. So the rest of the pizza must have been just fine.

When asked why you didn't refuse the pizza you stated it was late and you had already waited 30 minutes. But then just a few sentences later you contradictied this with the following statement.

WHY DIDN'T SHE MAKE A NEW ONE? WHY DIDN'T SHE REFUND OUR MONEY?

Remember, according to your comments you had already waited 30 minutes and it was late.  It doesn't seem like that is what you wanted at that time. While I wasn't there, and am not going to get into my time machine and go back a couple of years. I imagine this is what may have happened. You had no desire of them giving you your money back. You "complained" hoping to get some sort of discount, perhaps even getting the pizza for free. After all if you refused the pizza they would have just thrown it away anyways. So why should it go to waste..right? When they refused or didn't do what you wanted is when things went south...on BOTH sides.

Dont' believe it. THEN WHY DO I HAVE PICTURES OF THIS BLACK PIZZA.

You have picutures of pieces of black CRUST.   Unfortunalty crust doens't talk so you could be 100% truthful about getting a pizza with black CRUST from this resturant.  But the rest of your statements about their attitude is something that you may or may not be totally truthful on.

This is a public web site and as such the PUBLIC may post comments, and these comments may not always agree and point out things contrary to the narrative you may want to be putting out. Even though it is a standard "comeback", I am sorry to burst this bubble, but no one here posting is an employee of this resturant. Owners and Employees can post on this site and would identify themselves as such.

This is for anyone who tries to turn this around on me and my family.

When a business gives someone s**t food there are only three options -

1. they remake it

2. they refund your money

3. they tell you to get the f*ck out, never come back and they keep your money.

We were NEVER offered another pizza or our money back.  NEVER!  And I have the black pizza crusts still in my garage to prove it. Ha!  Really!

Ok, to all you geniuses - 1, 2 or 3.  Guess which option the owner of Frankies pizza choose....  Hmmmmm.  I'll give you a clue - i still have the black pizza and they didn't give it to me for free.

Now if anyone else blames me, you're an a*shole just like Frankies owners...

I called to talk to the male owner and he refused.  After buying over 12 pizzas from these as*holes, he refuses my call. He's afraid of this woman who I am assuming is his wife.  I feel so sorry for this guy.  He's a great guy!  It has to be HELL living with this as*hole woman. Ha!

What was interesting is one time before I left the house at night after ordering a calzone.  The delivery driver (from an app) was over an hour late, so I left.  When i got home the whole bottom of the pizza was BLACK.  Total sh*t!  Frankies was closed so I couldn't do anything.

THE NEXT DAY i called the owner and told him what happened.  He said the pizza was left in the warmer and burned because the delivery driver came so late.  He immediately sent me out another calzone FOR FREE!  and it was great.

Ok TWO questions -

1. Why didn't the male owner just make us another pizza on fight night, instead of letting this as*hole lady scream at us for no reason.  He did it before for a black pizza the next day.  Answer - he's afraid of that woman..,

2. Why didn't this guy talk to me.  He knows they f*cked up.  So he agrees with this lady?  Here's your sh*t pizza, get the f**k out and never come back...

3. WHY WHY WHY was i sent that black calzone to begin with.  He knew the next day it was in the warmer to long.  He knew it!  So just send a black sh*t pizza and hope we eat it. STUPID!  You lose customers this way.  If you know something is BAD, dont send it out! 

I orders 13 pizzas from this place.  3 were total s**t.  My wife even refused to eat them. 3 were dry and hard crust. 7 were the best pizzas in vegas.

I tried to tell this as*hole lady this and thats what started her fight.  She kept saying all their pizzas are dry with black crust, and I know this isnt true.  She didn't want to give us the great product I got 7 times, but rather lie, tell us to eat it fast and get the f*ck out!  B*tch!

Back to the 13 pizza story.  I have a big enough sample to know about this place.  THEY ARE VERY INCONSISTENT WITH THEIR PIZZAS.  why did i go back?  I WANTED THE BEST PIZZA IN VEGAS like I got 7 times!  And when it was burnt the male owner made me a knew one.  Cool!  Now that he's an as*hole just like this lady, you don't have to tell me and my family to never come back! HA! LOL!  You think I want to eat your bullsh*t.

Note to frankies owners - My posts are going to put a magnifying glass on your inconsistent cooking.  My advice to you is to throw out the burnt pizzas and make new ones.  and don't let this as*hole lady fight with people.  If she was my wife, i would make her stay at home.  and if she wanted to fight about it, i would just divorce her.  

Like I said, half your pizzas are poorly cooked, I know this has happens HUNDREDS of times.  many times each day.  you guys act like I'm the first person to ever get a dry a*s pizza.  No, i got 6 of them from you guys and a lot people do.

And lastly, your first response to my post was - "oh we don't argue with people, just some lady one time who wanted to fight."  I wrote four detailed paragraphs of the incident and you lightly reply.  You're an as*hole lady.  If I was lying about you and company, you would have been ALL OVER THIS with a BIG RESPONSE!  Denying everything and saying this was all made up.  But you're guilty, so you said a couple sentences! 

FYI - your workers are reading this.  They know what happened that night, they know about the dry pizzas they make, and they know the lady owner is an as*hole.

ANYONE can say (lie) anything they want.  The owners and the workers at Frankies know the real truth, just like I do.  And my family who was rudely thrown out by this b*tch.  And she is one.  If someone doesn't want me to call her that, it's her fault, not mine.  Tell her to be nice to people or she will be called what she is.

Why Didn't I Just Refuse The Pizza?

I explained this in the original.  I will give you more details.

1. it was 8pm, we were in the pool all day and starving!

2. We sat there 30 minutes waiting for this pizza, MORE STARVING!

3. This pizza is usually pretty good.  The bottom was dry and the crusts were black.  Like the a*****e owner said, "eat it fast before it gets hard."  That's what we tried to do.  And we just didn't eat the crust.

The PIZZA isnt the problem here.  THE AS*HOLE OWNER IS!

FYI - I didn't want to fight.  WE DIDN'T FIGHT!!!  We took the pizza, paid $23 for it plus a $3 tip!!!

This as*hole lady was screaming at us to leave.  You proved my point with your comment.  Since we took this s**t pizza, how did fight?

This whole thing was absolutely ridiculous.  this lady is just a mean a*s woman.  Me and my family still don't even get why this as*hole was screaming at us for telling her the pizza was dry with black crusts.  AND IT WAS AND EVERYONE THERE KNEW IT!

OK AND FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS ANOTHER BULLSH*T EXCUSE OR WANTS TO TURN IT ON ME.....

The lady new the pizza was dry.  She told us to eat it fast before it got hard like a rock. WHY DIDN'T SHE MAKE A NEW ONE?  WHY DIDN'T SHE REFUND OUR MONEY?

TELL ME - if she did this, which is what all businesses are supposed to do to, would their have been an arguement?  NO NO NO!  Don't turn it on me.  SHE is 100% at fault.

Those saying I was there to fight, what did I do??? tell me?  I got a sh*t pizza, was not offered a new one or a refund, and then me and my family were told to get the f**k out.

Degrade me and my family, Rip us off out of $23 with your black pizza, and all you can say is not to call you and your family names.  Uh, add self-centered to the list.

This is called deflecting the main topic, and now trying to turn it around on me.  I bet your husband loves this munipulative tactic.  But I'm not buying it.

If you don't want to be called an a******, then act like a respectable woman.  If you treat people like s***, it's your fault, and only your fault if they call you names.

For some reason I can't post the black pizza crust photo here.  I will post it on yelp and the other places this week, so you can see it.

Then you can lie and deny this ever happened.  Yeah, there's this big conspiracy against you and your family, for no reason.  You're a loser...  Treat people like human beings and you don't have to lie...  And stop treating people like s***...

Also, I'm not coming back to post anymore.  You're a lying a****** and will just keep saying you never did anything.  Everyone that was there at that pizza place knows you are lying.  ME and my families knows.  You know.  God knows! HA!  You're an a******...  Your lies don't change that.

Calling me names and insulting my family - how mature of you. YOU posted a report therefore I have the right to file a rebuttal therefore the REBUTTAL option. Grow up and learn how to become a mature individual. Frankie's has ROCK HARD BLACK CRUST!!!  And it's free!

And if you don't like it, the owner degrades you in the middle of the resturant and tells you to never come back. Ha!

You're a mean, mean, no good lying woman.  You know exactly what happened that day, and of course instead of an apology, you make up a stupid excuse.

I honestly feel sorry for your husband, kids, and anyone who works or has to deal with you.  Bad life for them having to deal with you...

Like I said in the report BURNT CURST and we were starving.  You saw yourself the crust was burnt and you said eat it fast before it gets hard.  Stupid.

How stupid could you be to ask for pictures????  Of course I have pictures.  I actually saved the box and the crusts in my garage as evidence too! ha!  I've dealt with snakes like you before.  

THE PICTURES - The black crust, frankie's pizza box.  And look at the bird.  He tried to soak the rock hard crust in the bird bath.  It's so hard he gave up!!!

And since you're such a no good liar, I'm posting this everywhere I can!  And now I am sending this to the better business bureau. 

NOTE - In case you don't get it.  Do you know why everyone is going to know this is true?  Who would waste HOURS and HOURS posting a lie about someone.  Who has time to do that and why?  NO ONE! 

The TRUTH of what you did that night is so disgusting, I'm spending 50 hours posting it so other people know what Frankie's Pizza is all about.  You are that bad, it's worth the time to me to tell everyone.

Where are the pictures of this horrible crust??  I have never been to any dining establishment where the owner hids and someone comes "running out" and threatens to fight a customer. The only place I did see this was when the customer was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the owner who banned her but not before refunding her money. Yep - don't believe you. AND you ATE the pizza!!!! If my pizza was that horrible I would leave and go somewhere else asap.
