forecast homes - there is no warranty department, buy at your own risk!!! outlandish ripoff late fees rip off scam con artists evil dirt bags screwed others too, political corruption the business that doesn't give a d**n Arizona & Sacramento California
after numerous promises and bullsh*tting, the warranty department(HAH!) does not even return phone calls and threats.at each complaint (IF you talk to someone!) they calmly explain that it is your responsibility to fix.as far as i am concerned the warranty dept.
does not exist.we were hurried to sign off so escrow could closed and now realize they had no intention of fixing the requesred items. in new home now 6 months at the cove in west sacramento and 2 things out of a list of 14 have been completed. numerous phone calls are not even returned and have recieved no action in 2 months.
if you are stupid enough to buy a forecast home please be sure every thing is to your satisfaction before you sign off or it will NOT get fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
