Ford Motor Company And Love Bill And Nixon ford dealership in Amarillo Texas told us that the interest will be fixed rate and also the amount of my down payment they used the number game and was not fair about the trade allowances and also the promotion they had they have not stuck to their end of the deal makeing them haveing a false advertisement being fraud. I have been harassed by Ford Motor Company ever since I bought the truck, they Gene Messer Ford In Amarillo Texas Texas
I will present this information to the media and my lawyer against this Ford Company that allowed Gene Messer Ford of Amarillo Texas to commit fraud of sale and false advertisement they the company have lied to us. They told me my truck was a red carpet and that I could bring it in any time and walk away and or trade it in etc. But when I got ready to trade it etc. they kelp telling me I was up side down etc. to keep the truck.
Well they took advantage of us on the purchase price and interest anyway. Well later I had to many miles on the truck and that I would be charged extra for each miles etc, now the company has you were they want you. They have taken advantage of me and my wife so bad that there is not enough room in this box to tell. They also Ford Motor Credit refused to be fair on my balances and harassment. They also claimed they sold my truck in an aution after being repo. but they can not show proof of whom bought the truck and have in writeing proof of sale amount. Claiming we owe the balance well where is the company being fair. When they came to get my truck they left my property with my cycle in the back of my truck makeing the wrecker liable for theft of stolen property and as well as also assaulted my wife by shuffing her away and also nearly running over us in our own drive way./ I had to get the cops to stop the wrecker to return my cycle knowing they took something that did not belong to them even though they returned it. I had to unload my cycle in the middle of the road in front of my house. This is uncalled for nor did I receive fairness all the way around. I feel that I have a lawsuit against such parties. I have been lied to and sold property in a deceiful way. Makeing the ford company dealership in Amrillo Texas liable for their false actions and correct negative reports to my credit makeing a negative reflection on us that is uncorrect and they have yet to answer my returns in fairness. Now I am being threatened by a law firm for a lawsuit that denies to hear my side and settle this fairly. Just because some one writes numbers on paper that that person owes such amount does not make it honest value. Any one can put figures onto paper and make people look bad and they are the crooks. you tell me!!!!!!!!!!
