Ive owned 2 Fleetwood RVs, and I thought at first they were a good company - until something went wrong with my motorhome.
I should have learned my lesson the first time.
Their customer service was atrocious. They were totally unresponsive and ignored my repeated requests for help. Both times, they did nothing to help me. I went up the chain of command and was repeatedly blown off.
I sent numerous letters to Glen Kummer, the CEO, and he never responded. It was beyond disappointing. It was beyond unacceptable.
Dont buy a Fleetwood unless you want to be treated poorly if and when something goes wrong.
