First Premier Bank Sent me an unsolicited credit card with a balance due of 179.00 Sioux Falls South Dakota
I received an unsolicited credit card in the mail with a balance of $170.00 in fees and I received a statement in just 3 days. I am returning the card certified mail and I hope they will go against my credit. If anyone has dealt with this successfully please advise.

As long as you immediately sent the card back without using it you're fine. You're only responsible for the account when you make a charge on it. I'd recommend also calling customer service 1-800-987-5521 to let them know you returned the card and to close the account.
