I would like to say that I was in the same boat, screwed up credit and all of a sudden started to get credit card offers to rebuild my credit, including the Legacy Card. Let me start by saying I filled out 5 applications that were all accepted. All had the same premise, start with a $250.00 to $300.00 limit, pay the fees and what I was left with was between $9.00 and $41.00 on each card.
This brings me to my point. If you read all the literature before you signed, you would have known what you were in for. The Legacy Card is the only 1 out of the 5 I still have, and that is because it is the only 1 that was honest from day 1 and didn't screw me over. I have had this card for 4 years, pay a little over the monthly payment each month, have gotten periodic credit increases, and never had any problems. I also was in the hospital on 2 seperate occasions for a month at a time and they waived the late charges incurred because of my past payment history.
What I suspect is you didn't read everything before you signed up, or you screwed up again. Are there other favorable reports out there?
