This bank gave our construction loan funds to a fraudulent contractor who didn't do the work. Now they claim they owe us no fiduciary duty, did not need our authorization to give out the funds. Did not have to verify if the work was done and contrary to state law and their own contract can pay our funds to anyone licensed or not. Follow our blog (((LINK REDACTED)))
