If he/they really sold my timeshare, why not take the money out of the proceedings?
This company already socked it to me once, but not again.
They just got 44 complaints on the BBB, and "F" rating. I have read similar stories, and I do not only blame them. Westgate Resorts is the big problem. Selling time shares and renting the rooms on Priceline and telling the owners there is no vacancy. What a RIPOFF.
