FIRST CAPITAL COMSUMER GROUP RIFFED ME OFF FOR 219.00 FOR 2500.00 GOLD MASTERCARD. consumer fraud ripoff BUFFALO, New York
I had recieved a call around February 13,2002. She stated her name as Donna schereff. She was calling to verify my approval for a gold or silver mastercard, or visa creditcard. She continued to give me my pin# 1515. She also went on to describe the agreement to, interest rates etc.
She also gave me a telephone number to call if i have any questions inregards to the credit card. She said that before i recieve my card i would need to send them 219.00 which could be debit from my account over the phone.
I stated to her that i didnt have the money at that time , so she suggested that i could date the tranaction for a later date. We agreed on February 25,2002. The check was drafted on February 26,2002. until this date , i have not recieved a credit card nor my money back.
I have tried on numurous occasion to contact the company, but they refuse to talk to me. I always get recorded messages, who identify themselves as First Capital CONSUMERS GROUP. The number i was given is 1-416-488-4664.
