Financing Alternatives Scam Artists Chesapeake Virginia
I set up a payment plan after seeing an ad on television. I was to receive my computer after making three months worth of payments and continue to pay until the balance was gone. After three months I called and was told before I could receive my computer my account had to be reviewed and it could take up to 12 business days. After that I had to wait to receive a shipping agreement and after nearly 8 months I still haven't received one.
I kept calling and calling and speaking to rude customer service people who every time seemed to tell me my shipping plan was being sent, but when I called they kept on setting up a new mail date, as if they never sent one. I was getting really frustrated at them as I was nearly completed with payments and they still treated me like crap. Two times every month they took a total of nearly $200.00. I called them and told them I want to quit the deal and they said I nead to contact them in writing and a refund wasn't very likely.
