FCNB - SPIEGEL Card Processing Center ripoff Old Bethpage New York
I went online to look up a phone for Card Processing Center as I wanted to speak to a Mr. David Norberto, the person who signed for the certified letter I sent one month ago. My balance on my account doubled all of the sudden and when I send my payment, I'm being charged $70+ a month for overlimit fees and "late fees" -- this alone confuses me when I send my payment out in advance. I decided in September that I would request an itemized bill - line per line to figure out the discrepency -- I refused to make a payment until then. I received a letter, "call us" -- I sent another letter stating, no, I asked for a detailed statement, in writing -- then the calls started. 2 a day, then most recently 3 a day -- and I had already spoken to someone on 3 different occassions in regards to my letter.
I am being harassed by Credit Card Processing Center -- they phoned 9 times in 3 days -- I spoke to someone 3 times in those 3 days. I did report this to my State Attorney Generals Office and also sent copies of my complaint to Card Processing Center.
The sad part is, for atleast another 7 days, I'll probably incur 21 more phone calls!!
