This is in response to ALL of the threads posted on this website concerning FAST-COMM and Fifth Avenue Video. I, JOHN PARIS , am the rightful owner of the company in question here. All of the previous posts were created by my estranged wife and/or friends of hers that were trying to hurt the reputation of my company and Tora (aka Vikki McCue). All of the previous threads I assertain to be bogus and irresponsible. The editors of this website have refused to delete these bogus threads and therefore I am forced to respond to this in this forum. After looking at the author's locations for the threads it seems rather strange that they are in Arizona and Florida (both of which the estranged wife has friends living in) instead of Kankakee and Chicago as posted. First of all, I did not submit a complaint about Fast-Comm Fifth Avenue Video and More. Dated on 3/16/2002 I was in the hospital during that date. This complaint was handed to my attention by my son in May (while I was in the hospital, again) of this year from 2 emails sent by a Richard Jones using a yahoo account, whom I have no idea who he is. In the rebuttal I was beaten down and accused of statements made. The Jilted Lover, not true. The Sour Grapes, partly not true. John was the only one that I went to for a custom computer, (I never did business with any other local or out town computer stores) for 5 years not 7 years and during those 5 years not one day that Michele (so I didn't know her, only as being John's wife) was in there working as a co-worker should be. What started this whole thing is that Michele come in the store for a pit stop and seen me at the computer teaching and helping John set up an account program for his customers, that night I received a phone call from her that my son took, she was very rude to my son and very drunk using foul words. My son related the message, I called John and asked him what his wife wanted, he told me "she wants you to teach her the accounting program" I said ok, "I'll give her a call" I called her 3 times and she did not return my calls. So, John told me "to keep doing the accounting - she is a drunk and wouldn't come in anyway - she hasn't since the business open - that is why I have my brother working here 3 nights a week" As for the web site, John and I made an agreement that I design a web site for his business and in return my son and I will receive unlimited internet access as long as he is in business. John also stated that he wanted me to design web sites for his customers. In fact the web site that I designed for him is still up and running - which he told his wife that he done the site. Rude emails and phone calls started pouring in from Michele, that's when I had enough, I told John to gather up all my warranty for all the parts in my computer so I can deal directly to the manufactor and to also pull me off his internet access, but to keep my son on since we have an agreement or pull him off and paid me the amount due. He agree to keep my son on. A few days later my son couldn't connect, Michele pull him off. Agreement was broken and I didn't get paid. So, I pull off the web site that I designed, and John put it back up the next day - which it is still up today. So, I just threw all this behind me and went on. Then I see these rebuttals, call John about them and he told me that "I didn't reply to these rebuttals" Another thing that I noticed on the rebuttals, that Michele puts "Co-Owner Fifth Avenue/Fast-Comm" and John is just "John" So, Michele I have only one thing to say to you - put blame where blame go - it is you and your drinking problem that's causing your marriage to fall. And John and Michele it's only fair that you take down the web site. I don't want to hear any more about this in any way, shape or form. I repled to this to clear my name and cleaned up the mess you made on behalf of myself and my family name.

Tora ( aka Vikki McCue) was never an employee of Fifth Avenue Video/Fast-Comm. for starters. She was a sometimes web page designer who hung around looking for free programs and referrals, and someone else's husband. None of our customers used her because she is not reliable or professional. She wouldn't know about other parties invoices since she was never an employee involved in any estimates, or billing, or pricing of any type. Yes, she purchased computers from us over a period of time. She refuses to accept the manufacturer's warranty and expects our company to extend her a warranty long beyong the manufacturers. That is the case with her "dead hard drive." She never had a contract with us for anything, either verbal or in writing. She was finally told not to come in, call or e-mail anymore because our warranty obligation had been satisfied and she was creating problems for the people who own the business. She is a mentally unstable person who blames everyone else for her own lack of success. Amazing that she doesn't even use her real name (Vikki McCue) for her complaint if it is so valid, or the town she resides in (Bradley, Ill.). It's too bad that the other computer store owners in our area can't tell you about their dealings with her. Stay away from her, she causes more problems that the profit from the sale is worth!! This is very funny to me. All of the comments here are from a jilted lover. We were seeing each other and broke it off. Now all I get is reports like these from here and other places.
