COURTS IN AMMAN JORDAN TAKE A VERY LONG TIME TO EVICT A TENANT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO COURT TO EVICT FARRAJ FARRAJ SINCE 2006. WE ARE NOW IN FEBRUARY 2008 AND I AM STILL TRYING TO GET AN EVICTION ORDER FROM THE COURTS. FARRAJ FARRAJ STILL HAS NOT BEEN EVICTED AND HAS NOT PAID THE RENTS DUE SINCE 2006.

I learned everything I needed to at 5 years old, about dealing with anyone from the Middle-East. I learned it while watching Little Drummer Boy on TV. It was true then. It still is. I find it hilarious that they do it to themselves. These two are probably even related to each other. They'd sell their own family out if there was profit in it.

I read the entire rebuttal and the defendant never once mentioned he paid any rent. Usually the one who steals is the crook, and not paying rent is stealing. How do you sleep at night knowing you are not being a honest person?

As I was convicted by Akram Matalka that I refuse to pay the rent and not leave the lousy apartment that was rented by Akram Matalka , You should know that Akram Matalka used a crooked way to get a court order by bribing court people to not notify me about court sessions so he gets the order to evacuate me from the apt. On the other hand , case against me was dropped from the 1st session and was registered in my wife's name as she was the one who signed the rental agreement . after that court order , neither me or my wife received any notification of court & as his lawyers (who in a crooked & bribe way succeeded in not delivering any note or session date & got a court order without my presence). They , accompanied with some court person smashed into my house while neither me or my wife was there to scare my children & not allowing them to call us at the beginning till I succeeded in calling one of my children to know what was happening so I knew that I have to leave the apartment immediately and after a long talk with his lawyers they gave me one week to leave which i did. Mr.Matalka was in Jordan a while after that and most of his family & lawyers interfered to solve the problem peacefully but he never listened to any of them. I haven't made any appeal , case is still open and soon my lawyers are taking action and he is still accusing me of riping him of . Why not say that a high percentage of lawyers in here are crooks & most of people like Akram ... as soon as they leave their country they forget that they are Jordanians & the culture & manners are totally different here. I am willing to translate all court documents & send it over to you once we are done with the case & I get my appeal . YOU should be 100% sure of the stories you publish on the net . The FARRAJ family is very well reputed & our record can verify this .... but yet I can't blame immoral & crooks for accusations ... System around the world is corrupted .. what am i going to say about tiny firms & individuals???
