Hi Dagov1947,
We're really sorry to hear about your experience, but can assure you that none of these charges came from our end. We take security extremely seriously at FanDuel, and have certain measures in place to ensure that all transactions are treated with the highest level of security.
For one, we do not collect or store any CC information. All payments are made through a third party (Payvision or Paypal), so your credit card number never would have been stored or received by us.
Additionally, we offer full service customer support, so any issues with payments can easily be solved by contacting our support team.
It's possible that information stored or entered through your computer may have been obtained by a third party via malware or a phishing scam, and it would be advisable to check your computer for malware and viruses. Think back to anything you may have downloaded from other websites during that period, or any other website or email links you may have clicked.
We would also advise you to contact the authorities, as they should be able to assist you in tracing back these illicit charges to the source.
Feel free to contact us directly if you'd like to discuss the issue further. We're happy to assist you here however we can.
