family dollar terminated for wrong reasons Baltimore Maryland
I worked for family dollar store number 6906 for a year and three months. Not once was I written up for anything. I had a lot of issues And told corporate. I was the only white girl there. They left me alone at the register multiple times ringing the bell for back up when I had a huge line. Not one came up to help they ignored me. One cashier shakia was at the register and yelled out bring my white a* up to the register in front of a lot of customers. I told the manager including the customers n nothing was done. After complaining to corporate about these n more issues I get fired with no reason why. I have worked for several of family dollars to help them but I have a red flag on my name due to my performance. if my performance was so terrible Why does three other stores want me to come there after me getting terminated. Store number 6906 is a racist store cause of the employees. My customers loved me and said I'm the nicest and honest one there. I just hope something gets done.
