Fairbanks Capitol Corporation ripoff Phoenix Arizona
Fairbanks Capitol Corporation has been nothing short of totally incompetent to service any loan much less home loans.
They have over collected $1000 in property taxes, failed to follow through with a reimbursement for over two months.
Today I received a letter stating they will be raising my monthly payment to accommodate the home owners insurance, this has been in the contract for two years!
I am seriously considering cancelling this loan early and paying any prepayment fees just to get away from this group.
Please help me with any information on how to deal with this them.
I will not give them the honor of being called a company they are too incompetant!
