FactoryOutletStore.com They sent the wrong item, they said they would credit the return fee, now they are refusing to pay any of the return fee. Syosset New York
I ordered 2 pack of refrigerator filters,they sent me the wrong filters. i call them they said to return the filters, they will refund my original payment plus a credit of $5 for the return shipping. I paid $7.60 at USPS for the return provided them of a copy of the transaction. Now they are refusing to pay any of the return shipping fee and they want to give me instead a 10%off coupon on my next purchase with them.
I would not want to deal with this company for any reason. I think their business practices are appaling and untrustworthy to say the least.
