I ordered from interenet a Ez Tv Digital box (Easydigitaltv.com). I chose and agreed to purchase and pay amount in full. Payment was taken out of my bank account in full August 8th. Today (August 10th 2018) they took out additional monies without my authoization. I called their Support line (855-285-1038). They refused to help me. (sounded like a call center in India) I explained what happened and asked why they couldn't refund monies. I told them then to cancel order and return monies to me. I told them that this was no way to do business and that I saw this as a bait and switch scam. They said that they will not refund money or cancel order.
I read one of your reports with the same company. It gave an address and phone number (941-475-8556) to contact Ez Digital. It said that their address was 2730 Worth Ave, Suite #1, Engelwood, Florida 34224-9748. I phoned 941-475-8556 and spoke to a man called Wade. He didn't know what I was talking about. Said he never heard of the company. Turns out (through 411.com that the phone number was listed under Gulf Shore Cycles and repair shop.
Do I have to file with Attorney Generals Office in Florida or my home sate, Ohio? What options do I have? I'm afreid they will continue to drain my bank account w/no authorization.

I too have been a victim of this scam. I received the product and it does not work. When I called to return, they only offered me 10%. How can we advocate for ourselves. I will be calling BBB as well.
