I filed a claim on 15 December 2017, Sean Henson replied within minutes asking if i needed a loaner phone and that one would be shipped to me right away. I noticed that they withdraw both the deductible and the loaner phone fee $79 and $99 on the same day December 15. I have sent numerous emails to Sean who has not answered me or bothered to reply since December 20. I am ready for legal action at this time. All the numbers I call are all automated and I keep leaving messages and no one responds. At my wits end at this point.
