Last evening around 11:00 pm I found myself in trouble with my assignment, so I reached out to inquire for prompt assistance from EssayTigers.com.  At first this Nigerian male voice answered the phone, I asked him a number of questions, I asked him do they have any qualifications in writing professional Essays, Preparing Master Degree quality Research papers and Homework Assignment and are they able to site all documents with APA Formatting, Grammar Check and Spell Check. 

He told me yes, we are quallified to assist you, but he had a very heavey accent.  I asked him where are you from, I am detecting a heavey accent, are you Nigerian, Yes, but I am from London, oh really.  He went onto say I can get you a deal for 45.00 and I said for only one assignment then he said yes.  I will try that because I have a deadline, he said okay, we can have the document processed by one of our best writers that are proficient in English Language and he is a qualified writer no problem.  So, I said okay, he said let me get you a discount and he wasn't able to do it then the phone hung up and then this lady by the name of Helen called me back, but by this time he was calling me on the other line.  So I continued talking to Helen and she made me the same promises she state that one thing he did not discuss with you is that we have a money back quarantee, if you don't like the paper after our qualified writers have written the papers then you can get your money back without any questions asked. 

I said okay and I repeated her speech right back to her to make sure that we were on the same page.  By this time I was getting very sleepy but I had other homework assignments that I had to complete so I agreed to move forward and I told her my deadlines, how many pages, how many citations, the text book that they will getting the information from and the cost went up as we continued to talkand she assisted me online with the payment process.  Then Helen sent me a payment link but I never got it, then she said why don't you use the paypal account and it will go through right away, so I agreed. 

Then the PayPal asked if you wanted to keep your card on file and I didn't check that box, but they kept the account on file anyway.  Okay, now the process went thru and Aidan wrote my paper and I couldn't believe the content, his nonwriting skills, so I called Helen to file a complaint.  Helen begges me to give them another chance to revise the document so I did but the next time it was worst, then a third and final try it was impossible to get this writer to do a good Master Degree quality document because he did not follow the written instructions, he did not use the APA formating, he didn't review the text properly and I was livid.  So, I went to bed at 2:39 am.  Helen contacted me to promise me that if I give them one more chance the paper will be corrected so I give her more time.  This morning on February 15th, 2018 the paper arrived and it was worst than the first paper, so Helen is not on duty, so I spoke to three other women with their bs and this went on until I exploided and said Helen informed me that if I don't like the quality of the paper then they will return my money. 

The new group of women are strong sales and manipulation points of views.  I went off on them and asked for my money back in an aggressive manner, but that didn't work at all.  I called my bank to have them get my refund back they told me that they would have to try on Feburary 21st, 2018 because it is in the pending status.  I called back to EssayTigers.com this morning once again to find out that one of the representatives thought that someone had taken too much off of my credit card she read the amounts off to me, then she realized that she had the wrong person,  It wasn't my account.  This person told me that her account manager has to review this case and there is no guarantee that I will receive my money back, so I seeking damages of $50.40 presently for one paper for a one day turn around and this is an expensive paper, but I received nothing but junk quality paper.

  I told them to keep the document and I will contact the police in London to inform them of how they are doing business online in London and over the phone fraud attempts as well.  lieing and stealing from the public.  They need to be removed off line today, because they are committing all types of crimes and no one has investigated their company.  They need to be removed off-line and put out of business for bad business practices, wire fraud saleing you a product that they cannot produce, removing money from your credit card without any intentions of a money back guarantee, providing the public with poor customer service, lieing to the customer, making a statment of you will get your money back because the paper has been delivered to you, but I did n't agree to have the paper delivered to me without confirming activate, I have been scammed for real.

Debra, we agree with you that the quality of the work is not acceptable; however, let us assure you that this is a singular incident. This is definitely not the way we normally conduct a business. Moreover, after checking your case, it was decided to review the performance of the writer, who was working on your order, and, as your case had a significant influence on his profile in our system, we decided to terminate our cooperation with him.

Also, be assured that we have carefully checked every chat and call that you had with our Support Team, especially your communication with Aidan and Helen. Thus, these two representatives were fined according to our policies, as this situation could have been avoided, if we would have listened carefully.
