Complaint Review: Essaid Elkadiri - Sunnyside New York

I am an international buyer. I would like to submit a complaint against Essaid Elkadiri, owner of Muscle Planet Export Inc, 48-11 43rd Avenue Suite 3R, Sunnyside, New York, 11104. I've not received my order even after payment was made to the supplier.

I have made T/T payments to account name Essaid Elkadiri, account # XXXXXXXXXX, Citi Bank 3818 Queens Blvd Long Island City NY 11101, routing number XXXXXXX, city swift code CITI US :
- dated May 11, 2012 with the amount of US$3987.60
- dated May 16, 2012 with the amount of US$2843.88

The order should have been sent to my USA forwarder agency warehouse in New Jersey immediately after the second transfer, but after a month of waiting it has never arrived. I have also lost contact with the supplier shortly after the transfer was done. Several attempts to communicate via emails, phone calls and voice messages on 22, 23,29 of May 2012; and 2,6,7 of June 2012, were not responded at all.

I have submitted official complaints against supplier through:

4. New York State: Division Of Consumer Protection (File No.: 20120606-192827-WEB) dated June 8, 2012.
5. New York City: Department of Consumer Affairs (reference transaction number dca.2012.6.13.111837) dated June 13, 2012.
6. New York City: Department of Investigation dated June 17, 2012.
7. Road Runner HoldCo LLC as ISP Provider and Safe-mail.net as email provider of Muscle Planet Export Inc., dated June 7, 2012.
8. Alibaba.com, weiku.com, ahben.com, myspace.com, gcoupon.com, lookupbook.com, tradetag.com, tradebub.com, gobignetwork.com, DandB.com, and many other web site administrators where Muscle Planet Export Inc. advertised its business.

I have conducted an online research about Essaid Elkadiri and have discovered that he often moves from one place to another. It is recorded that he has ten residential addresses. Those are eight residential addresses in Astoria NY, one in Long Island, and one in Ozone Park. Most of the addresses have been used for business addresses also. Some of the addresses are:

- 4811 43rd Avenue Suite 3R, Sunnyside, New York, 11104 (Nutritionsportdistributors.com, biotrustlabs.com, and diamondmodelsonline.com)

I would like to note that all of Essaid Elkadiris businesses as listed above are officially registered on New York State Division of Corporations. And I have reasons to believe that the Ozone Park address is the present residence of Essaid Elkadiri.

Essaid Elkadiri also has record of many phone numbers. Patrick, my USA forwarder agency, has tried to contact his number on 516-499-2836, 516-451-1080, 516-499-1071, 646-580-9711, but response. I have just discovered his other new numbers: 917-832-6271, and 718-242-3819.

Recently Essaid Elkadiri has set up a new website that I suspect is a fraud business also, http://www.diamondmodelsonline.com/. We can see from the domain registrant at http://whois.polodomains.com/domain/J_XqfJCayz7hI3kPKoOwG922Ku-rHF79_info.html, and when I submitted a message in Contact Us form, the automatic reply was from [email protected] which is Essaid email address. That proves that he aims to find more victims and will never stop with his fraud activities.

I have several evidences such as payment documents, communication records, and sales invoice to proof that the supplier has not fulfilled his obligation under the agreement with me. Be aware of this person, Essaid Elkadiri, and all the fraud businesses he runs. Any help to gain my money back, or at least to stop this Essaid Elkadiri from gaining more victims will be highly appreciated.
