Erick T. Sossa - Erick Sossa - Eric T Sossa - Eric Sossa (has Only 1 Arm) 180 Tek DID NOT give me the work that I PAID him in FULL FOR ripoff Brooklyn New York
Erick T. Sossa or Erick Sossa or Eric T. SOssa or Eric Sossa replied to a database ad I put out on craigslist. He came by my office to take a look at the work and tell me easy it was for him to do the job. He originally quoted me $220. I gave him half in cash as he claimed he did not take checks because people had burned him in the past with bounced checks and he gave me a receipt. Then he quickly followed up telling me what additional add on's he thought would be good for the database. Again he traveled the "2 hours" he claimed it took to get to my office, and showed me all of the add on's.
He then upped the price to $270. He wanted cash again. To show him my good faith I said I will not pay you cash. I will pay you in check for the remainder of the balance. Once I gave him that check the excuses started to roll in. Someone in his family died, he had his teeth pulled and was in so much pain, his computer was being fixed and the list rolls on. I had to show up at his place of business "which is really his mother's house where he lives" and try to get my money back or my work completed.
I called the cops twice and they claim they cannot force him to give me my money back. Then I finally got him and forced him to give me the files he has on his computer, which he claimed was being fixed at the shop. I had him burn me a cd right then and there in the computer shop. So all I have are source codes - nothing up and running on the web as he had promised.
Since then he was supposed to show up and complete the work but of course, I know better. He has no intention of finishing anything. Now I have to go out and find someone else to finish the work that I practically had to fight tooth and nail for although he has all of the money. I also have not been able to move forward with my business because he is a total ripoff.
Do not let him fool you! He is easy to spot because he has only one arm (1 arm) and appears to be legitimate. He has grey hair (he is 30 at the time I am writing this which is 2007) and his company name is supposedly 180 tek with the slogan we will turn your business around. Do not trust him with your project and your funds. He will run off with it and there will be nothing you can do about it.
