Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased an Epson printer model # CX4400 cuz the price was good and they had 4 individual cartridges rather than 2 so I thought I wouldn't have to change all the colors if only one was out of ink. The downside was that you MUST buy your cartridges from Epson(they are expensive and cannot be refilled) But that's not the worst of it. I bought a set of cartridges and had to change two of them at one time, 1 black and 1 yellow. When I tried to use the printer after making the change it wouldn't work - it did not recognize the yellow NEW cartridge I bought from Epson.

After an hour of two of telephone tag I spoke to someone in tech support(who was very helpful) and he said it was either the cartridge(imagine that) or the printer was bad. He sent me a replacement cartridge which took 3 days to get here rather than the overnight he promised and luckily the printer does work now. I called to ask for some "consideration" for their screw-up to no avail and am now in the market for a new printer that will re-use cartridges and not just relegate the old ones to our landfills!

I would recommend lexmark for 2 reasons. 1. If you buy the cartridges directly from lexmark you can get free shipping if you spend enough money. 2. Rewards program. Every 5 cartridges earns you one free cartridge. Also, lexmark will mail you postage free mailing envelopes so that you can return the empty cartridges to Lexmark for proper disposal (recycled-not in a landfill). This is a pretty good deal if you consume many cartridges each year. You can check for yourself at the lexmark website to determine if this is a good program for you. I have a Lexmark Z65p (about 6 years old) and it still works just fine.
