after searhing the internet for data retrieval services a came across eProvided. There Web site said there are no fees for evaluating your device unless they retrieve data, that was not the case with my damaged SD card they said they would have to send it to the lab to see if they can retrieve the data for a fee of 250.00 dollars non refundable. so much for no fees unless they retrieve data. I paid the 250.00 and a couple days later I was told they couldn't retrieve anything they said they would email me information. the only email I recieved from them during this hole process was invoices for 250.00 and 9.95 for return of my SD card. I had too go to there web site and view case status which showed last status them requesting 9.95 to ship my SD card back, after paying the 9.95 a week and half went by No SD card during this time I tried to contact them by phone left messages twice, emailed them twice and got no response.

After finally reaching someone after a week and a half the person on the phone claimed I was yelling at him while he was trying to explain why it was not shipped out when I ask why he said he doesn't know why and he hung up on me before I had a chance to tell him I,m hard of hearing and that's why I speak loudly. There customer service is very poor. The next day I filed a report with the Attorney General in Las Vegas Later that same day they updated there web case status to device shipped to customer this is 10 days after recieving payment. I don't recommend there services
