On October 14, 2004 I placed an order over the telephone for a Wireless Computer and Carrying Case. At that time I provided the customer service representative my checking account number and check number in order to electronically debit my account. Two days later, EPC Parts debited my account for the purchase.

The shipping date at the time of the order was to be two to four weeks. On November 12, 2003 to check on the status of my order and was told that EPC Parts had not received necessary parts from a over seas supplier and therefore couldn't complete the assembly and shipment of the computer.

I received a phone call from ePC Parts on November 14, 2003, from one of ePC Parts customer service representatives named James who informed me that he didn't know when they were expected to arrive.

I canceled my order on November 26, 2003 and requested a refund. That was 5 months ago and after numerous email requests for information, unanswered phone calls and computer generated email responses the issue still remains unresolved. Regretfully I must admit I believe I have been scammed.
