Epc Parts ripoff ordered Builtsmart 1700 P Computer Never Delivered No Refund No responce to Inquiries Canoga Park California
Ordered a Builtsmart Computer 1700P online in October. Told I would get it in two weeks. After two delays, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told a refund would take 30-45 days.
I have sent e-mails and faxes but have not received a legitimate response. I only have gotten automated responses to my e-mails.
I have no idea what to do now. $1200.00 is a lot to kiss good-bye.

I fell victim to these bastards also, I am going through the same thing you are going through at this time, I have not received any response from these individuals. I have E-mailed the Attorney General at California to let them know about these bastards, I have not received any answer. I would suggest every one that has fallen victim to these people to E-mail the Attorney General in California, maybe after seeing that there are alot of us that are in this, maybe they will do something. I am also trying to see if there is any way the FBI could help in this. There is this guy that answers to E-mail from time to time, his name is James, also the president's name is Damon Jordan. There is a salesperson by the name of Mike Adams in Chatsworth and his phone number is 818-999-4665 I have also called this number, a lady answers the phone but hangs up quickly. I have tried to get my money through my bank but it's been so long that I can't do anything. If there is any one out there that know how we might be able to get these bastards to pay, I am willing to help in any way.
