EPC Parts non-delivery and non-refund Ripoff Canago Park California
The company EPC Parts sells Builtsmart computers mainly laptops. I orderd a laptop from them and after several weeks called and was told they were having delivery problems with parts. It has now been one and half years and I still do not a computer or refund. They do not return calls or emails and now their phones are disconnected.
