EPC Parts - BuiltSmart Single Mom Paid $807 for Laptop and Never Received It or the Money Back Chatsworth California
I bought a Laptop online from EPC Parts, AKA Builtsmart LLC in April of 2003. I paid $807.00 for my laptop and when I received, it was not the laptop that I ordered at all. So I called the company, they had UPS picked it up and I was suppose to be sent out the Laptop that I ordered to replace it. Instead I got nothing. No Laptop, No refund, no return phone call, Nothing at all.
For months and months and months, I emailed this company, called this company, faxed this company and to this day almost five years later, NOTHING!
I actually got a hold of Damon Jordan's voice mail box number and left him numerous messages and no returned phone call. He finally changed his number. Apparently, I wasn't the only person trying to get in contact with him.
I am a single mother with two children and needed a laptop for my home based business. It's so sad that people are scammed by companies like this one.
I have finally given up on trying to get anything from this company and consider it a loss. It is just not worth my time anymore.
