Envision Monitors Rebate Center rebate offer is a total ripoff Niagara Falls New York
I bought an Envision Monitor from Frye's Electronics in Wilsonville, OR. in June, 2003. I mailed the $50 rebate materials off immediately. I have now been waiting 20 weeks, and have made 4 or 5 calls to their number (1-877-776-0264) and still no check.
Every time I call I get a song and dance and a stall job. The last time I called (November 10), they said they would "reissue" a new check, and I should wait another 6 to 8 weeks for it to arrive. I feel this is completely bogus and more stalling on their part.
I have also filed a Consumer Fraud report with the Oregon Attorney General's office.
