Entrata Di Paradiso Refused to renew at 12 month lease would only give 11.75 month lease so they would catch you not giving 30 day notice Las Vegas Nevada
This apartment building is representing themselves by telling you they will sign a 12 month lease but only giving you a 11.75 lease which will leave you in the middle of a month. If you don't give notice in the middle of the prior month they will consider this not a 30 day notice and you will be forced to pay a large amount for that lasts for months or if you plan on moving at the end of the month you will be charged the amount of not having a lease because it ended 3/4 of the way through your last month. Please check out your lease when signing it and you will see this They will not give you a final month on your lease to the 30th.
