ENT ENTERTAINMENT MAKING NEGATIVE ON MY ACCOUNT TROY Michigan
Same things happend to me
I bought broadway tickets on ticketmaster last month
then I found ENT Entertainment made $9 transaction on my account which made my account negative balance.
I called the company and they said they will refund $9 but not $35 charged from the bank because of their transaction.
I asked if I can talk with a supervisor or anyone who's responsible for but she was keep saying its all she can do : paying $9 back on my account. I said I dont remember signing up anything for this subscribtion
she said I did agree that I will have a $25 cash back for next purchase.
Perhaps I did, but it did not say I will have to pay $9 monthly for that cash back. I referred to many reports on this website that they intentionally do not clarify this which is fraud. I felt like my money is stolen
