I ordered an AB ENERGIZER as a gift from this site on Dec. 29th.

ALL other sites were honest in stating "DUE TO BE SHIPPED AFTER JANUARY 15th" pre-order now.

If you visit www.energize-your-abs.com, it BOLDING says:

"DON'T WAIT WEEKS, WE SHIP IMMEDIATELY!"

I ordered from the site and paid the extra cost they charged for "PREMIUM SHIPPING". 30 days later, I have no product and my card has been charged twice!

When I cancelled my order, I was sent a confirmation.

When I didn't receive my credit, they said my order had been shipped(hmmm.after canceling???)Please read the letters below..

FORTUNATELY, I will be able to file felony credit card fraud on this individual, as he listed his name, address and phone number when he registered his website.(WHO IS- every website owner has to do this and is public information.)I have had him investigated in his county and everything is tracable to his home address.Copies of SOME letters are below.

Hello again,

I do know that is not your company, they are the main suppliers for ab energizer. You are simply selling a product on the internet using their name.

The advertising you stated on your site was "Immediate" shipping, however, the Suppliers themselves state that they were not available until January 7th.

I do not want this product forwarded to me!!!

Your gimmick is clear and I will not beleive that you are looking into the "tracking of the parcel".

Especially if it was not shipped until January 14th and I was charged "Premium Shipping". This is not immediate as stated.

I want my credits, as it has been close to 30 days with no products,no confirmation of shipments, no tracking records and my card was charged after the order was canceled as shown below.

You simply can not charge accounts for nothing.

I will do what I have to do and will no longer try to receive my credit after this letter. Perhaps you shouldn't have given your true information when registering your domain name!

Bottom line is, credit in 1 more day as stated previously.

I do not understand why you sent a "ORDER CANCELLED" letter if you knew it could not be.

I feel very uncomfortable with this whole situation and feel I simply need to let authorities handle it. I'm out $75.00 either way and have been charged interest without having any merchandise. I will not be responsible for "RETURNING" a product simply to get my own money back.

A consumer does not get shipped products and told "We charged you, if you don't want it said it back and we will return the money we took from you."

That would mean another 30 days on my charge and interest, plus shipping!

I ordered the product direct from the supplier (which was shipped immediately) and they are looking into the avertising.

It is illegal to charge on any account without authorization.

I have no problem prosecuting~

Please do not respond further, as charges are being filed and I have no more time for people like you.You may want to change your AOL e-mail address, as your screen name profile gives you away also :-)

I have tried to answer all e-mails... I SUPPLIED THE CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE WITH EXTENSIVE E-MAIL AND PURCHASE RECORDS; MY COMPLAINTS WERE ACCEPTED AND CRIMINAL FRAUD CHARGES ARE BEING BROUGHT. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE DETAILED INFORMATION ON FILING CHARGES ALONG WITH MY COMPLAINT. To Date: NO PRODUCT, NO SHIPPING INFORMATION and NO REFUND. Guess this guy will have alot of time in jail to read up on where he went wrong. Consumers are simply fed-up with people like this and I am glad to see the response. Thankyou for your letters.
