Well here I am having hoped to avoid doing this in a public forum. Since I cannot get anyone at EMS to call me back, I must take advantage of all avenues open to me.

After having bought "The Silent Money Machine", I received a call from the folks at EMS telling me that they were offering a select few the chance to work one on one with the pros in order to make them a great success suitable for marketing their products. After some lengthy questions about my ability to commit my time and finances, the caller decided I was an extraordinary client and would try and put me thru to the owner immediately. Behold I was "in luck"! The owner was immediately available! He smoothly convinced me that their fine team of graphic artists and web site builders could help me greatly. He sent me to some websites online as examples. Everything sounded GREAT!

I was sent a contract to sign and information on where to wire transfer my $4000. I am not generally an idiot, but Jason (the alleged owner) was so good at his pitch I was genuinly excited. The contract went into great detail about the "custom designed package of trade secret products and/or services....includes EMS's online website creation, ecommerce, marketing and business developement software".

During this time I had a rather sudden illness in the family, requiring me to travel. I kept in contact with Jason as he was rather sure to call me every day or two to ask when I could wire the funds. He told me on multiple occaisions that my "website was nearly finished" and they had been "working hard" on it since he could tell I was serious. After finnaly sending the funds I never heard from him again. Calls now go unreturned.

The contract contains language that is very tricky, in that it attempts to protect EMS from having to refund any money after the first three days, since the party signing will receive "trade secrets" that cannot be recovered. I HAVE RECEIVED NO TRADE SECRETS. The "customed designed products" have nothing "custom" about them.

There was no website and no one was working hard, or otherwise, to do anything at all. (Except maybe to ensure I would send in the cash.)

Here's what you get:The "Business Guide Solutions Kit" is a run of the mill deal to help you incorporate...get it at any office max. The "Dream Builder" kit is a pitch for a financial planner. The big "Internet Web Store" that they had been working hard on is an online software application which you are to use to build your own site. It is repleat with buttons that do not do what they are supposed too, often taking you to a screen that tells you that feature is under developement. My "coach" for the only session I took was a nice enough guy, but admitted he knew next to nothing about the program as it was "new"!

After this first session, which was back in February, I had emailed him with a number of questions and also called him on the phone. You CAN call with questions as much as you like... they only problem is finding someone who knows the answer. He told me he would email the questions to the right people by our next training session. When it came time for that, one week later, he still had no answers and agreed we could not proceed further until he had them. This went on for two more weeks.

Finally I got an email with answers!

HURRAY!.... Wait.. the answers are "That button doesn't work", "that doesn't work, we are working to fix it" etc. The online web builder program is a joke as far as I am concerned and I taught MYSELF more about it that the coach knew .. all in one week!

I have cancelled further training sessions and am patiently waiting a reply from EMS or Perforum (the coaching company). After seeing the responses posted here from EMS and the threatening language used, I am even more DISGUSTED.

WARNING TO EMS: I will NOT be intimidated by threats of lawsuits for defamation. LIBEL, specifically, constitutes a FALSE statement made in writing and published to one other than the defendant. Furthermore, mere opinions are not defamatory unless it implies an assertation of an underlying false fact.

No statement or fact presented here is false and I stand by them all.

JJohn Beck Scam. a prime example of a fraudulent company, marketing a fraudulent and non existent "mentoring" program

#2Consumer Suggestion

Hey Everyone, I hope that this message finds you in good spirit and health. Telephone mentoring, consulting, coaching or whatever else these crooks are deciding to call it nowadays, did not exist ten years ago and sure as hell does not exist today. Even IF one did, chances of the program having a success rate greater than 1/2 of 1/2% is slim to nada. These companies when attacked, claim to be in the business of selling "information". They are profiting from the sales of their program and more times than not, a non existent "mentoring" service. The John Beck Mentoring Program is a prime example of a fraudulent company, marketing a fraudulent and non existent "mentoring" program. This unscrupulous company markets their program which is total crap, to lure unsuspecting victims to call their toll free number. When someone does so, he or she is questioned in regards to their credit history, amount of credit cards, credit limit, etc, etc. Available line of credit is the only thing that these crooks are really interested in, for if you'll notice, the investments tremendously vary from victim to victim. The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute is by far the most dishonest, unethical and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They hide behind traps (clauses) contained in their contracts, in attempt to legally steal money. Infomercials, contracts, disclosures which contain fine print and or hidden clauses are all good indications of a company, engaging in fraud. Fine print in itself, is a blatant attempt of deception. The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and their crap offer, goes far beyond just a fraudulent and deceptive infomercial. They are literally in the extortion business. They will attempt to milk an individual for his or her entire line of credit, by conning them into investing his or her entire line of credit into their fraudulent program. They will use whatever means necessary and will also flat out lie, regarding their statements of facts. I know this to be a fact, otherwise, they would have succeeded in retaining my investment through our dispute. But they failed miserably to prove, that what they are marketing has any legitimacy what so ever. Hey Mike Evans, GO F#CK YOURSELF!! Who's laughing now!! Sorry about that everyone.... just venting. The thing that pisses me off the most about the Fraudulent John Beck Mentoring scam, is the fact these arrogant thugs are attempting to blow me off as just another complaint. Sorry to say, I am not your typical complainer, and I am never going away until this is resolved to the best of my satisfaction. Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless each and every one of you. P.S. If anyone needs assistance in obtaining a refund from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, please feel free to contact me through this website. Any deceptive trade attorney, or media company, that would be interested in my story, please feel free to contact me as well. P.S.S. I am now requesting $9.8 million dollars, after taxes and growing exponentially, to calm my nerves and finally bring some closure to this scam. I am not crazy and I am well aware of the fact, that I'll probably never see a shiny penny form this fraudulent company, for if you'll notice, this fraudulent company doesn't have enough morals to come out of hiding and apologize to a single person.

The Utah Attorney General's Office Cybercrime Task Force division was of great help to me in dealing with my dispute with ems. I am sure they would be happy to talk with you if you contacted them. I don't think ems likes hearing from them. Their number is 1-801-269-4506. They told me to contact them anytime I had any questions. Good luck to you. Ems did give me my money back after this office contacted them.

third party marketing company that is mileading people into their non-existant "mentoring"

#6Consumer Suggestion

Hey everyone, I hope this message finds each and every one of you out there in good spirit and health. Well it looks like this company Empire Marketing System spends more time being written up here then they do actually servicing their clients. I am seeing more and more reports on this company and although I have not done business with this company myself, I must say, It doesn't look good at all. What the hell are you folks doing to improve your business? It's obvious you mislead people into thinking your company is something it's not. Why else would your company have so many complaints filed against it that are so similar in content? You are slowly beginning to unravel and reveal your own scam. Don't bother posting a rebuttal unless you are totally willing to resolve this situation with Greg in the public eye. Really, that is all that really matters here and consumers are probably getting sick and tired of hearing nothing but excuses. I am getting sick and tired of these fraudulent companies that deceive consumers and then try to turn the blame around on the consumer, as to why their fraudulent and non-existing service failed to yeild any gains. The consumer is alway's right, unless PROVEN otherwise. TO ALL CONSUMERS: Don't ever let the threat of lawsuits intimidate you into not filing a report against a company or any wrongdoings. Threats like these are becomming more and more common nowadays, is used far to freely and is only an intimidation tactic used by companies that know they have wronged people. Have you ever been threatened by the little old lady behind the Macy's counter?? Then what gives these companies the right to use the threat of lawsuits when it is usually them that have displayed or is commiting unethical business practices. It is not against the law to speak the truth. You as a citizen of the U.S. have the freedeom to speak your mind and tell everyone you know about a terrible dining experience or flat out crappy movie you've seen. Avoid any and all companies that are against these freedoms, for they obviously have much to hide. Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii & God Bless each and every one of you. P.S. When time permits, be sure to read my horrific and TRUE story about the fraudulent third party marketing company that is mileading people into their non-existant "mentoring" program, failing to deliver the services as agreed upon, then trying to steal your money in the credit card dispute process. The company is the John Beck Mentoring Institute. Any and all media companies and attorneys who may be interested in my story, please contact me through this website. ALOHA!!
